Making an initial application for a place

If you are interested in requesting a place in Baby Caxton (1 and 2 years old) or Nursery (3 years old), we encourage you to contact us at least one full year before their proposed date of entry.

– Complete and send our online application form.

Call us on + 34 96 142 41 72.

Step 2:

After receiving your online application, the Admissions Department will contact you to organise a visit online or in person.

Step 3:

After your visit, the Admissions Department will send you the instructions in order to complete the online pre-enrolment form.

Step 4:

Families who wish to enrol their children in Baby Caxton or Nursery may confirm this by completing the online enrolment form, which the Admissions Department will provide.

Once the enrolment has been received, you will be charged the corresponding enrolment fee.

Step 5:

Parents and children who will be joining Nursery (3 years old) will have a personal interview with one of the school psychologists before the school year starts.

Before joining the school

After the enrolment has been confirmed, families will receive their access codes for the Parent Area, one of the main tools of communication with the school.

During the year we encourage you to attend the activities offered in the Discover Us programme.

In June we invite the families of all new Baby Caxton and Nursery pupils to an information meeting about the year ahead.

A further meeting is held before term starts at the beginning of September with class teachers and assistants. At this meeting you will learn about the day to day running of Baby Caxton and Nursery, the curriculum and important dates for your diary.

The application does not legally bind you to taking a place at Caxton College.

Applications do not confirm places as these are subject to availability.

Places are offered on a first come first served basis. Where places are not available children will be added to the waiting list.

If your child is on the waiting list and a place becomes available, we will contact you to start the admissions process.
