Keeping fit

Physical activity is a key aspect for pupils to lead a healthy lifestyle these days from home. Our Sports Clubco-ordinator, as well as the teachers from the Department of Physical Education in Primary and Secondary promote sports activities to keep our students physically fit and motivated. They also take care of the mind by guided mindfulness sessions.
