From an early age, our children learn in class about the importance of developing a healthy way of life. As their well-being is of utmost importance to us here at school, we teach them healthy eating habits and promote the benefits of practising sports.
Therefore, we encourage our children to practise some of the sports on offer here at school, in order for them to benefit both physically and in their personal development. We would like them to see sport as a motivating and competitive element of their lives, but also as a healthy environment in itself where they can learn social values, both individually and as part of a team.
At the same time, all the lunches provided during the school day are balanced and rich in fruit and vegetables, with an extensive variety of foods available. All menus are home-made and are prepared under the supervision of a doctor who is a nutritional specialist.
