The well-being of our pupils is of utmost importance to us here at school, and for this reason we promote healthy eating habits and the benefits of an active lifestyle.

Therefore, all the lunches provided during the school day are balanced and rich in fruit and vegetables, with an extensive variety of foods available. All menus are home-made and are prepared under the supervision of a doctor who is a nutritional specialist.

We also encourage our students to participate in co-curricular sports on offer, or to utilise the gym and swimming facilities we have here at school in their ‘free’ periods. Our aim is for the young people in our care to understand and experience the physical, psychological and social benefits of physical activity, with the hopes that they continue to be active and to participate in sport and physical activity beyond Caxton College.
