8th Forum on Educational Innovation: Lecture by Ana Ibáñez

10 Apr Caxton College Sports Pavilion 17:30

This conference offers families and educators a window into the fascinating world of the child and adolescent brain. Through neuroscience, we will discover how it works, what factors influence its development and, most importantly, how we can help young people to achieve their maximum potential. Our speaker will provide insight into strategies, methods and practical techniques that will allow us to confidently deal with the emotional and cognitive challenges that our children encounter every day. From anxiety or fear related to exams and academic challenges, to pressure to perform well in sport activities or difficulties in social relationships, we will learn concrete tools to help our children in every situation. A better understanding of our children's brains will allow us to guide them empathetically and effectively, helping them to improve their resilience and face the challenges of every stage of life with confidence

The conference will be given in Spanish with simultaneous translation into English as subtitles on the screen by Microsoft Translator.
