In our continuous efforts for our educational community to grow and thrive, we often look inward at the core principles that define us. This is why we have centred our efforts on ensuring that the same ones guide our entire community. We want these values to be the common thread that unites us all.

Remembering our motto, Honeste Vivere, our base will be our Integrity and Respect, without which we cannot fully develop our Responsibility or have an attitude of Positivity. And our strength will come from our Resilience. These are the five pillars that guide our daily interactions, our curriculum and our identity, because these values are more than just words on a website or a wall; they are the heartbeat of Caxton College.

By streamlining them into five foundational values, we are connecting every stage of the Caxton journey. Whether it is a child just starting in Baby Caxton or Nursery, a student preparing for university in Sixth Form, or a member of our dedicated staff, we are now all speaking with one voice and pulling in the same direction.

During the coming months, you will see these shared principles come alive in our classrooms, assemblies, House activities and areas of internal school management. We are excited to move forward together, putting them into practice every day.
